![]() ![]() This is because during each war the Tree God rains his leaves upon the nation of Ebora, gifting them sentient War Beasts that are used to destroy the Jure’lia. The wars of Ebora and the Worm People are called Rains. They have tried this eight times, but are always repelled by the forces of Ebora, a race similar to humans, but who are long lived and worship the Tree God. Throughout history Sarn has been troubled by the Jure’lia, or The Worm People who want nothing but absolute destruction of all life on the world and to make it their own. The Winnowing Flame Trilogy takes place on the world of Sarn. I will be talking about my thoughts on the ending, but I won’t be giving away any specific information that could be considered as spoilers. ![]() The trilogy consists of The Ninth Rain, The Bitter Twins and The Poison Song.
